SHIPPING

  • All orders are dispatched from Portugal by registered post in padded envelopes to protect the elements within the transport course.
  • All products are shipped in gift package.
  • The tracking number is provided once the order is dispatched. In each country, tracking is available with the local postal company.
  • Because items are personalized and made to order especially for you I can't accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Express Shipping: 24-hour through Fedex.

 

EUROPEAN UNION:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days through Portuguese Post
  • Express Shipping: 24-hour through Fedex.

 

Non EUROPEAN UNION & NORTH AMERICA:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days through Portuguese Post
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 days through Fedex.
  • Eventual customs charges or tariffs at destination are at the customer's expense.

 

REST OF THE WORLD:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-30 business days through Portuguese Post
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 days through Fedex.
